We want you to love your new companion, but if your plushie isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, un-cuddled condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the collectible packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the plushie back into its original protective bag and shipping box to ensure it stays clean and safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
